We are looking for staff for our beautiful 4-star hotel, situated near Blois, Chambord and Cheverny, in a prestigious setting:

YOUR ROLE
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your main role will be to manage bookings, welcome guests and build customer loyalty across the hotel’s various departments: Accommodation, Events and Catering.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- To act as the hotel’s and the brand’s primary ambassador,
- To ensure the hotel is fully booked,
- Handling the administrative follow-up of bookings,
- Converting enquiries into booking proposals,
- Managing hotel check-ins and check-outs,
- To manage customer and sales relations,
- Respond to guests’ needs and inform them of the services on offer,
- Carry out follow-up after the customer’s departure (online reputation management),
- Applying procedures,
- Implement quality, hygiene and safety standards,
- Manage the till at reception (checking and closing the till at the end of the day),
- Implement the pricing policy set by management.
- Help to optimise the occupancy rate and the average room rate.
YOUR PROFILE
Ideally, you will have completed upper secondary education (e.g. A-levels or equivalent) or a two-year higher education qualification, and have significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained within an establishment meeting the same or higher standards.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognised for your professionalism, your commercial acumen, and your flair for negotiation and diplomacy.
You know how to handle delicate situations with flexibility and firmness, depending on the context and the people involved.
You possess strong interpersonal, analytical, summarising, forward-thinking and writing skills.
