Terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions form part of the booking contract.
I acknowledge that I have read these terms and conditions of sale before placing my order, and that placing an order implies my acceptance of the Château de La Rozelle terms and conditions of sale and my unreserved acceptance of all of their provisions.
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival to 12 noon the following day. If you book a room, it will be allocated to you regardless of your arrival time. If you arrive after 10pm, you must contact the hotel by telephone on 02 54 70 58 40, so that we can give you the hotel access code. All orders are guaranteed by credit card. The hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Any infringement of the law in a room will result in the invoicing of 2 additional nights to compensate for the time the room is unavailable, which is necessary to remove the smell.
Price display
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, excluding tourist tax payable on site.
Means of payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Club and American Express credit cards. Your credit card will be used as a guarantee for your booking. No charges will be made online except in the cases mentioned below. The total amount of your stay must be paid directly to the hotel. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking if the credit card expiry date is before your arrival at the hotel or if, for a booking of 1 to 3 rooms, the arrival date at the hotel is more than 89 days after the booking date. For reservations of 4 or more rooms, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount, non-refundable in case of cancellation, will be paid at the time of booking. Then, 30 days before arrival, the reservation will be confirmed by the payment of 30% of the reservation amount, non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

If you wish to make any changes to your booking (change of date, names, number of people, etc.), please send an e-mail to contact@chateaudelarozelle.com or call 02 54 70 58 40.
Cancellation policy for room reservations :
All cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to the following address contact@chateaudelarozelle.com. If you cancel your reservation less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, the amount of the first night's stay will be deducted from your credit card as a guarantee for each room reserved. If you cancel your reservation 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Booking and cancellation conditions for NANR* and Special Offer room bookings:
* NANR: non-cancellable, non-refundable.
reservation conditions: full pre-payment on reservation.
cancellation conditions: non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable.
Disputes :
After contacting the management of the establishment, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 7 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel
